Last Sunday I wore the most comfortable and flattering jumpsuit I've ever seen, and y'all are not going to believe where it is from... Walmart! Yeah, I found this cute little piece in the most unexpected place and it is under $15! 

Last Friday I ran into our local Walmart to pick up waters for our weekend road trip and as I was walking to the self checkout line I got distracted by some colorful stripes and of course I had to go check out what it was and I am so glad I did. We were on a rush and I did not have time to try it on but, I picked up my regular size and I happy to report that it runs TTS. It also comes in  this other print but I love everything stripes so I had to go with  this one! 

I don't talk about beauty products on my blog very often, but I have to tell y'all lately I have been obsessed with the  Lancôme Matte Shakers. They are more like a lip stain than a liquid lipstick but they stay on all day and they don't make your lips feel dry! Another reason why I like them so much is because you can build up the pigment depending how much product you apply and how much you shake them. My favorite shades are Completely Nut (perfect everyday color), Magic Orange, Beige Vintage and Pink Power.

As of yesterday Spring is officially here! It looks like Texas is actually going along with the seasons because the weather has been warm and sunny, but a little cool in the early morning! With this gorgeous weather we are having we can finally start wearing some of spring's biggest trends.

The Perfect Spring Dress

Spring is here! Well sort of...The weather we have been having the past month is a little bipolar, some days we have the perfect spring day and other days its like winter all over again! On the days it actually feels like spring I have started wearing some of my favorite warm weather purchases!

This dress is definitely one of my favorite recent purchases! It is flattering, comfortable and on trend! When the embroidery trend started picking up momentum I did not like it at all! It reminded me of the infomercials that used to run when I was a kid advertising the stick on patches for your clothing, and trust me back then I rocked it! (at least I thought I did lol) This dress helps you test the waters on the embroider trend if you are like me and you are not sure how you feel about it yet!

Now let's talk about the shoes, these shoes were the IT shoes last summer, everyone was wearing them all over Instagram! I am not much of a wedge kind of girl (when it comes to salads or shoes!) but they looked so cute on everyone that I had to have them!  Lucky for me Steve Madden stepped up  their game this spring and came out with this $60 dupe for the March Fisher espadrille wedges! They are almost identical, but at a reasonable price and they come in 3 colors; black, taupe and cognac! I have worn these shoes out a couple of times and they are super comfortable!!

Spring Fever - Accessories

Spring is just around the corner which means warmer weather and brighter accessories! Statement jewelry and colorful bags are some of my favorite trends for this spring, by adding a colorful accessory or a fun shoe you can start transitioning your wardrobe into spring. 

I have rounded some of my favorite spring accessories and most of them (except this gorgeous bag) are under $200!

This statement necklace is one of my favorite pieces of jewelry because you can wear it all year around, I love pairing it with dresses and vests in the Fall and all white outfits in the Spring! I just ordered these shoes and these earrings are on sale for $41!

Temperatures are rising which means it is time to start adding more color to my wardrobe. Springtime  is one of my favorite seasons because the colors are so romantic and feminine. I usually fall in an outfit rut during the winter, sometimes is too cold to look cute! Springtime gives me a chance to hit reset button on my ootd game and start feeling like myself again! 

If my wish list is any indication I will be rocking a lot of pastels and tassels this spring!

I am so happy to be back home and enjoy this wonderful warm weather!!! I am slowly starting to incorporate Spring trends into my wardrobe and it is making me really happy!!!! :)

It is a good thing I really liked my outfit on Friday since I had to wear it Saturday as well because I got stuck in Detroit for the night. It took me two days to get home, but I am so happy to be back in Texas <3
