My husband always says put a tassel on anything as my wife will buy it, well he is not completely wrong! Tassels are one of my favorite trends from last year and I am really glad that it has stuck around. There is something about tassels that makes an outfit fun and feel like summer!
With that being said I found the cutest tassel top under $40!! It comes in two colors; black and burgundy. The halter top style makes it really flattering and I love how it has two level of tassels and not just at the bottom of the top!
